March is here, and it’s time to turn up the energy as we celebrate the 5th Annual Glow Run and Rave Party Concert at Poro Point Baywalk! As part of the 55th Foundation Anniversary series of events, this electrifying night will bring together runners, music lovers, and festival-goers for an unforgettable glow-filled experience. Expect high-energy beats, dazzling lights, and a community coming together to celebrate fitness and fun.
Beyond the excitement of Glow Run 2025, this month is packed with more festivities. The LORMAYAM 2025 of our Basic Education Grade School will showcase young talents in arts, culture, and tradition, while students prepare for their futures through insightful career guidance sessions. Meanwhile, the streets will burst with color and rhythm as the Pindangan Festival Street Dancing Competition takes over, celebrating our rich heritage with dynamic performances.

Lights, Beats, and Cheers—Glow Run 2025 Shines Bright!
The 5th Annual Glow Run and Rave Party Concert 2025 lit up Poro Point Baywalk on February 5, delivering a night of energy, music, and celebration. The event began with an orientation, Zumba, and stretching session before runners hit the glowing track. Top finishers and glowest runners were recognized, while students grooved, the Glowing Salvo dazzled, and LORMAnians sang and danced together in excitement.
The night peaked with a high-energy set from DJ Ziggy Watanabe, followed by a breathtaking emerald-glowing fireworks display. To wrap up the event, the SOS Band delivered a serenading performance, leaving the crowd in a euphoric glow.
A huge thank you to the Student Affairs Office, Sangunniang Mag-aaral ng Lorma (SML), student leaders, volunteers, departments, LORMAnian students, personnel, and friend organizations for making this event a success. See you at Glow Run 2026!
Inspiring Dreams: Career Guidance for Young LORMANians
In collaboration with the Guidance and Counseling Office (GCO), the Career Guidance event for Basic Education School - Grade School was a two-day journey of inspiration and discovery. Special guests shared their expertise, encouraging young students to explore their dreams and aspirations for the future. Interactive activities, such as art and drawing sessions, allowed students to creatively express what they wanted to become, making the experience engaging and meaningful. This event aimed to spark curiosity and guide them toward their future paths with excitement and confidence.
A Spectacle of Rhythm and Color: LORMA at Pindangan 2025
The Pindangan Street Dancing Festival brought vibrant energy to the City of San Fernando Plaza on March 8, 2025, as the LORMA Basic Education Schools Dance Troupe and Sanduli Dance Troupe proudly represented LORMA Colleges. Dressed in colorful costumes and radiating pure joy, they captivated the crowd with graceful and enthusiastic performances, showcasing their passion for dance and culture in this highly anticipated competition.

LORMAYAM 2025: Celebrating Inclusivity and Ilocano Identity
LORMAYAM 2025 embraced the theme “Inclusivity in Fostering the Ilocano Identity” in a vibrant two-day celebration at the LORMA Colleges Gymnasium, San Juan Campus, on March 13 and 14, 2025. The event kicked off with a fun run for students and parents, followed by a parade of colors featuring the LORMAYAM Teams, Basketball Teams, and Volleyball Teams. The festivities officially began with a dynamic intermission performance by the LORMA Basic Education Schools Dance Troupe.
Adding to the excitement, participants showcased their talents in various competitions, including the Street Dancing Competition, Dance Exercise Competition, Basketball Tournament, and the much-anticipated Teachers-Parents Volleyball Tournament. LORMAYAM 2025 truly highlighted unity, culture, and sportsmanship, celebrating the Ilocano spirit in an inclusive and dynamic way.
At the end of the competition, the official overall champions were announced:Team A (Green) – 4th Runner-Up
Team R (Blue) – 3rd Runner-Up
Team O (Red) – 2nd Runner-Up
Team L (Yellow) – 1st Runner-Up
Team M (Orange) – Champion

Three graduate students from the College of Psychology—Ms. Lovely Angel Aromin, Ms. Jackie Nina Orros, and Ms. Sheena Lyn Wandas—successfully passed the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Assessment Examination by HREAP on February 22 - 23, 2025. This rigorous exam evaluated their fundamental knowledge in human resource management, including industrial/organizational psychology and labor laws, ensuring their strong foundation in key HR principles.
Congratulations to our new CHRAs! Your hard work and dedication have truly paid off.
