LORMA Colleges' International Students Organization (ISO) proudly made its mark at the Inter-agency Committee for Foreign Students (IACFS) Orientation, hosted by CHED Region 1 on October 29, 2024. This event, held at Hotel Ariana in Bauang, La Union, brought together international student representatives from various institutions to foster collaboration, leadership, and inclusivity in the student community.
A moment of pride for LORMA Colleges came when our ISO President was not only nominated but also elected as the Provincial Public Relations Officer—an esteemed leadership role within the regional student community. This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication, leadership, and community spirit of LORMA’s international students and their commitment to strengthening relationships across institutions and regions.
The ISO team’s participation in the IACFS orientation showcases LORMA Colleges’ support for international students and highlights the importance of student engagement and leadership beyond the classroom. With this new position, the ISO President will play a key role in enhancing public communication and engagement among foreign students, promoting unity and fostering cross-cultural understanding.
