At LORMA Colleges, service and excellence come together in meaningful ways. This month celebrates the dedication of our people through Staff Appreciation Day 2025, inspiring collaborations like PACOP x UNILAB, and the Career Caravan 2025 that opens doors to future opportunities. Each event reflects the heart of LORMA — united, purposeful, and ever growing. From global achievements such as our BSPT alumna’s recognition in Abu Dhabi, to milestones of success through publication acceptances and white coats earned, every triumph reminds us that compassion and learning know no bounds. As we honor Traditional and Alternative Health Care Month and cheer with pride at the Basic and Inclusive Education PEP Rally 2025, we continue to shape a community that heals, serves, and inspires.
"To serve is to heal, to heal is to love, and to love is to live with purpose.”

White Waves of Appreciation: Celebrating Every Effort, Every Heart

The spirit of gratitude and unity overflowed during Staff Appreciation Day 2025, celebrated on November 6, 2025, at Paraiso del Bacnotan Resort, Pandan, Bacnotan, La Union. With the theme “White Waves of LORMA Appreciation: Every Effort Counts, Every Heart Matters,” the event became a heartwarming tribute to the unwavering dedication and hard work of the LORMA Colleges staff—individuals who keep the institution’s mission and values thriving each day.
The celebration was filled with laughter, fun, and moments of connection as colleagues came together outside their daily routines to relax and reflect on the power of teamwork and appreciation. Activities encouraged both camaraderie and wellness, reminding everyone that behind every successful endeavor are people whose commitment makes a difference.

As the waves of gratitude rolled through the day, one message stood clear: wellness begins with appreciation. Through this celebration, LORMA Colleges strengthened not only its community bonds but also its shared purpose of creating a workplace built on care, respect, and collective growth.
