Welcome Fest 2025: Camp LORMA

New journeys, new friendships, and new memories! On August 20, 2025, the Carlatan Pavilion came alive as freshmen stepped into the heart of LORMA Colleges through Camp LORMA. The day began with a colorful parade of departments and a stunning performance by the Sanduli Dance Troupe, followed by a showcase of school, departmental, clinical, and scrub uniforms that proudly represent our identity.
Students connected through interactive socialization games, explored creative booths during the tour and club hunting collabs, and celebrated unity and creativity in the awarding of the best booth designs. The energy reached its peak with a mini-concert by LORMA Muzika, closing the day on a high note of joy and pride.

Camp LORMA was more than just a welcome—it was a celebration of belonging, passion, and the fire within every Lormanian.
1st Completion & Graduation Rites 2025

With the theme “Building Communities with Purpose, Empowering Lives for a Brighter Future,” LORMA Colleges proudly celebrated its 1st Completion & Graduation Rites last August 16, 2025, at the CHS Pavilion, Carlatan Campus.
The ceremony opened with meaningful invocations, pledges, and recognition of excellence, before hearing the inspirational words of Ms. Evelyn Ruth N. David, SK Federation President of San Gabriel, La Union, and BS Tourism Management Class of 2023 alumna. Her message reminded graduates that success is not only about achievement but also about service, resilience, and creating positive change in the communities they serve.

Certificates, awards, and pledges of commitment followed, each moment affirming the graduates’ readiness to carry their Lormanian values into the wider world. This rite was more than a ceremony — it was a powerful reminder that with knowledge, compassion, and unity, we are shaping lives and building brighter, empowered communities for tomorrow.
Back to School 2025: A Joyful Beginning

The first day of school was filled with pride and joy as our Basic & Inclusive Education students came together to officially start the year. The day began with a meaningful flag-raising ceremony, reminding us of unity, respect, and shared purpose.
Afterwards, students enjoyed fun activities and lively dances designed to spark friendships, laughter, and teamwork. The energy was contagious as they got to know each other, creating bonds that will grow throughout the school year.

This is more than just the beginning of classes—it’s the start of new journeys, new memories, and endless opportunities for growth and success. Here’s to a school year filled with passion, purpose, and pride!
Thanksgiving Services 2025: Rising Together in Gratitude

On August 22, 2025, the LORMA Family gathered at the CHS Pavilion for a Thanksgiving Service filled with prayer, reflection, and togetherness. What began as a heartfelt initiative turned into a moving morning of gratitude, followed by a Thanksgiving Breakfast & Devotion that strengthened bonds and reminded everyone of the importance of being there for each other.
In the wake of Typhoon Emong, the service became a time of healing—a space where challenges were acknowledged, but gratitude was amplified. It was a reminder that even in the face of trials, there is always so much to be thankful for: faith, resilience, and the comfort of family.

As the LORMA Family shared meals, prayers, and stories, we also shared hope. Together, we reaffirmed the ties that carry us through hardships and celebrated the spirit of unity that makes our community more than just a campus—it makes us a home.
RCYC LORMA Colleges: Awarded for Saving Lives

The Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) of LORMA Colleges, in partnership with the College of Medical Laboratory Science, proudly received 3rd Place for Highest Blood Collection in the School Category during the Philippine Red Cross – La Union Chapter awarding ceremonies held on July 29, 2025, at Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union.
This milestone is a tribute to the successful blood donation drive last semester, which united students, faculty, and volunteers in a common mission: to provide a safe and sufficient blood supply for patients in need. Every bag of blood collected was more than just a donation — it was a lifeline, a gift of hope, and a chance at survival for countless individuals across the province.

As RCYC LORMA Colleges celebrates this recognition, the council looks forward to continuing its mission of service and compassion. Together, with the spirit of volunteerism and teamwork, they remain committed to making an even greater impact in the years ahead.

ASEAN 2025: Inclusivity and Sustainability

Lorma Colleges proudly celebrated ASEAN Month with the theme “Buwan ng ASEAN Sama-sama sa Pag-unlad” last August 27–28, 2025 at the CHS Pavilion. The event opened with a vibrant parade of students and faculty in ASEAN attire, followed by heartfelt messages from school leaders and cultural presentations showcasing our region’s unity in diversity.
On the second day, the highlight was an insightful online talk by Dewi Syukriah, MAPsych from Universitas Persada Y.A.I, Indonesia, with the theme “Inclusive Minds, Sustainable Future: Building Cross-Cultural Bridges in Psychology.” The session opened meaningful discussions on inclusivity, mental health, and collaboration across cultures.
